Privacy notice
This notice explains how the PriceKeys application processes personal data when you use the service. It is provided to satisfy the transparency obligation under Articles 13 and 14 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Who is responsible
PriceKeys is operated by Bloomkeys. For privacy questions, or to exercise your rights, contact our Data Protection Officer at the address below. Detailed records of processing activities are maintained internally and available to supervisory authorities on request.

What we process
- Account data: name, email address, and authentication credentials (stored in hashed or encrypted form, including your two-factor secret).
- Security and audit data: sign-in timestamps, IP addresses, browser user-agent, and a log of security-relevant actions, kept to protect the service.
- Uploaded business data: transaction datasets you upload for pricing analysis, which you control as the data controller.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use only strictly necessary, first-party cookies for sign-in and session management, plus local browser storage for interface preferences. We do not use advertising, analytics, or third-party tracking cookies, so no cookie consent banner is required.
Third parties
Static interface assets (icons and fonts) are loaded from public content delivery networks, which receive your IP address as part of the request. Transactional email (confirmations, password resets, invitations) is sent through our self-hosted mail relay.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, and you may lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority (in France, the CNIL). Contact the Data Protection Officer to exercise these rights.
